Helen has worked with professional sports players as well as individuals who want to improve their health. Helen has been practising yoga for the past 20 years and teaching and sharing her experience with others for the past 10 years. She has taught yoga in India and Nepal. Her students range from complete beginners to advanced, from individuals who want to practise yoga for stress relief to sports people who need to maintain core strength and flexibility. Helen strives in helping bring yoga and its amazing benefits to more people. Her down to earth approach coupled with her extensive knowledge of anatomy and physiology and life experience give her students the confidence to progress. Helen is a patient and passionate teacher who treats every student as an individual. She will strive to help them achieve their goals throughout their own yoga journey.
