Take a day out of your busy schedule for total self care. Learn how to embrace nutrition, yoga, breath work & relaxation for your mind and body surrounded by the wonders of nature. Reflect on the year that has passed, celebrate your achievements and focus on your health goals and aspirations and discover how you can work towards them with the tools you learn over the day. Restore your amazing body with nourishing yoga practise and breath work. As well as looking at functional fitness techniques to maintain your body's vitality through the winter months and beyond. Refresh your knowledge of nutrition and Ayurveda with tools that you can use every day to support your amazing mind & body. Feel replenished from the activities of the day & knowledge you have gained & motivated to take these with you. Plus just take time out to focus on your most valuable asset YOU and refill your energy and vitality cups by calming and stilling your mind and body. What to expect: Your host for the day is Helen, Founder of Award winning Hero Lifestyle. A qualified nutritionist, yoga teacher and personal trainer with many years of experience and knowledge she is willing to share. The day will be a combination of nutrition workshops, discussion, yoga practise, functional exercise and breathwork, with yoga nidra & meditation & a highlight will be being able to take a walking meditation around the grounds of the nature reserve as well as watching the twilight feeding of the swans who fly in every year to over winter at the nature reserve. A spectacle of mother nature that is breath-taking beyond belief. If you need additional support to help you achieve optimal wellness in both mind and body. Or you just want to take time out for YOU then Helen would love to welcome you to this fabulous 1 day retreat. Taking place in the beautiful and tranquil surroundings of Martin Mere nature Reserve on Sunday 24th November. All you need to do is book your place, bring yourself, a mat, comfortable clothing and an open mind. Numbers are limited in order to enable Helen to give everyone individual attention. lunch can either be taken at the on site cafe or you can bring a packed lunch. Other light refreshments will be provided.
