If you want to learn how to embrace easy self care for your mind and body for life this full day of mindfulness, breathwork, nutrition and yoga is perfect for you. Giving you the knowledge and tools to helping you understand how to support your body for optimal health. For the summer and beyond. If you suffer from digestive upset, IBS, skin issues or you are stressed or anxious, have disordered eating or hormonal concerns. or, you feel you just want to take time out for yourself then join award winning nutritionist, yoga teacher and fitness expert Helen. Immerse yourself for the day in nutrition workshops where Helen will share knowledge and give you tools to support you using the principles of Ayurveda (the sister science of yoga) and functional nutrition. Learn about embracing the awakening sky and rituals to help you stay healthy. Enjoy nourishing yoga practises to help you nurture and nourish your body. Learn how to embrace yoga for strength, tone and flexibility of both mind and body! Enjoy a totally relaxing meditation and yoga nidra. spend the day just focussing on YOU! Taking place in the beautiful and tranquil surroundings of Brinscall Hall on Sunday 18th May 2025 All you need to do is book your place, bring yourself, a mat, comfortable clothing and an open mind. Numbers are limited to 12 in order to enable Helen to give everyone individual attention. Herbal teas will be provided as well a a delicious lunch.
