With a Masters’ degree in nutritional medicine, and work in the field of nutrition & nutrition education spanning over 25 years Helen should be your “Go To” person for all your nutritional support. Using functional medicine approaches looking at the underlying causes of your health problems and incorporating mindfulness, exercise and yoga. ( for those clients who require this). Helen has also studied with the national centre for eating disorders and helps many clients who have spent their lives yo yo dieting and have issues with food. Helen can provide you with the knowledge & tools to empower you to achieve optimal health and well being. Helping you to "Become your own Hero", You will receive advice on how to prepare quick healthy meals and begin to understand the complexities of nutrition so that you are confident that what you are eating is providing your body with the nutrients it requires for your best health. Helen works with individuals who have a range of conditions from hormonal imbalances, weight concerns, digestive issues and many more. Working with Helen will give you the energy and the confidence to live your life optimally. As each one of you is unique, I don’t have a set protocol of working. However, if we decide to work together, prior to your first consultation I will send to you documents that need to be completed and returned to help me help you as best I can. This includes a full medical history, a 3 day food and drink diary, temperature test (for some clients) T&C, privacy statement etc. I always carry out an assessment on your digestive health, and look at your stress as both these areas can have a massive impact on all other areas of wellbeing. plus, I work with you on helping you to alleviate any health issues you may have- physical and psychological and help you look at achieving your goals. My fees for nutrition consultation services after your discovery call are as follows: 1 consultation £125 2 consultations £220 (£110 per consult) 4 consultations £398(£99.50 per consult) 8 consultations £795 (£99.37 per consult) All sessions must be paid for in full prior to the commencement of your consultations.
